The 2025 Annual Chili Contest is Almost Here!

There’s nothing quite like a little neighborhood rivalry to make an event even more exciting. And if there’s one thing we know for sure, it’s that Grand Venezia and Bellagio both take this contest seriously!

Last year, we saw some incredible chili entries from both sides, but when the final votes were tallied, Grand Venezia took home the win. 🏆🔥 The competition was fierce, the flavors were bold, and the judges had an extremely tough job picking a winner.

But here’s the big question: will Grand Venezia keep the crown this year?

Bellagio is hungry for a comeback, and they’ve had a full year to perfect their recipes, tweak their spice blends, and prepare for battle. If we thought last year’s contest was intense, this year is shaping up to be even more exciting.

We’ll also be sharing some highlights, photos, and maybe even a few contestant recipes so that everyone can relive the excitement.

And who knows? Maybe we’ll even start a new tradition—a Grand Venezia Chili Cook-Off Recipe Book featuring the best entries from over the years! (Wouldn’t that be amazing?!)
