Important Resident Registration, Access, and Parking Guidelines at The Grand Venezia

Welcome to The Grand Venezia! Please review the following important information regarding resident registration, pool pass/key fob distribution, and vehicle parking permits. Adhering to these guidelines helps maintain a safe and organized community for all.
Resident Registration
- Who Must Register:
All unit owners or their authorized agents must complete a registration form for each unit. - Where to Get the Form:
Forms are available at the COA office. - Required Information:
- Names of all residents
- Lease duration dates
- Details of any vehicles parked on the premises during the stay
Pool Pass / Key Fob Information
- Distribution:
Each unit owner current with COA fees is provided with two (2) key fobs free of charge. - Replacement Fee:
A $100.00 fee applies for any lost, stolen, or damaged key fobs. - Pick-Up Requirement:
Key fobs must be picked up in person; they will not be mailed. - Tenant and Guest Coordination:
Owners are responsible for arranging secure storage of key fobs for tenants and guests. - Legal Note:
Florida Statute requires that tenants receive all privileges of an owner, and owners must extend those privileges to their tenants. - Accountability:
Unit owners are ultimately responsible for the safekeeping of key fobs and any associated replacement fees. - Compliance:
All recreation facility policies, rules, and regulations must be followed by owners, guests, and tenants. Violations may result in key fob deactivation until resolved by the Board of Directors.
Vehicle Bar Codes and Permits
- Mandatory Display:
All vehicles parked on Grand Venezia premises must display a valid bar code or parking pass. - Distribution:
- Bar codes or parking permits are distributed at the clubhouse office by staff members.
- Printed permits must be clearly displayed on the vehicle while parked.
- Enforcement:
Failure to display a permit clearly may result in immediate towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. - For Out-of-Town Owners:
- Pick up a parking pass at the guard gate, or
- Have a bar code applied to the vehicle by staff upon return to the community.
- Installation:
All bar codes are to be installed by Grand Venezia staff—none will be mailed in advance. - Guest Information:
Overnight guests can obtain a temporary parking permit at the gate for after-hour arrivals. - Monitoring:
Parking areas are monitored daily to ensure compliance.
