Important Notice on Parking and Towing Enforcement

Dear Residents of The Grand Venezia,

We want to inform you of an important update regarding parking and vehicle storage on our property. Effective immediately, Kotakis Towing will patrol the community each night to remove vehicles that are improperly stored or parked. While not limited to the list below, they will be specifically looking for:

1. Improperly Parked Vehicles
   • Tandem parking in front of garages
2. Parking in Fire Lanes
3. Vehicles with Expired Tags
4. Vehicles Without a Decal or Pass
5. Improperly Stored Vehicles
   • The parking area is reserved for residents and registered guests only.
   • Operating a business (selling or renting vehicles) from the parking lot is strictly prohibited.

It is your responsibility to communicate these rules to any residents or guests you expect or are responsible for. Please note that security will not call to notify residents before towing vehicles, nor will they issue warnings for parking violations.

If your vehicle is towed, please contact Kotakis Towing at 727-447-1952. The front office will not have details about after-hours towing incidents and cannot assist in recovering your vehicle. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please reach out to the management office.
