Grand Venezia Pool House Rules: Enjoy the Water Responsibly

Dear Grand Venezia Residents and Guests,

Welcome to our pool area! To ensure everyone enjoys a safe and pleasant experience, please review and follow our Pool House Rules:

• Access:
  This facility is for registered owners and their guests only. Please have a valid pool fob ready for inspection upon request.
  Note: A limit of 2 guests per resident will be enforced if needed to comply with capacity requirements; residents always have priority.
• Noise:
  Please refrain from playing loud music. Our GV staff provides poolside music through our new sound system for your enjoyment.
• Grilling:
  No grilling is permitted in the pool area.
• Beverages:
  All alcoholic drinks and other beverages must remain at least 4 feet from the pool perimeter at all times.
• Attire:
  No nudity or thong bathing suits are allowed.
  For diaper wearers, please use leak-proof plastic pants in the pool.
• Cleanliness:
  Kindly clean up after yourself and dispose of all trash properly.
• Pool Toys:
  Only bring toys that do not interfere with others’ enjoyment of the pool.
• Liability:
  Please be aware that GVCOA is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
• Pool Chairs & Tables:
  Chairs and tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be saved or reserved. Towels left on vacant chairs may be removed by management to free them up for other residents.
• Clubhouse Facilities:
  In the clubhouse fitness and business center, shoes, shirts, and cover-ups must be worn at all times; wet bathing suits are not permitted.
• Safety:
  Individuals assume responsibility for any injuries sustained while using the pool, spa, or facilities. Always practice water safety.
  • Weather Alert: Leave the pool area immediately if thunder and/or lightning are in the area.
  • Swim at Your Own Risk: Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty.
