Grand Venezia Amenities Access & Rules: Pool, Spa Tub, Sauna, Gazebo & Fitness Center

Dear Grand Venezia Residents,

We are excited to remind you of the fantastic amenities available in our community, including the pool, spa tub, sauna, gazebo, and fitness center. To ensure everyone enjoys these facilities safely and responsibly, please review the following guidelines:

Access & Hours:

• Key-Fob Requirement:
  A key-fob is needed for access to all amenities. Please visit the GVCOA office for details.
• Operating Hours:
  All facilities are available daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, except the Fitness Center, which is open 24 hours.

Pool Rules:
Use all areas at your own risk.

• No diving, running, or horseplay on the pool deck.
• No glass containers or bottles allowed on the pool deck.
• No use of portable grills on the pool deck.
• No drinks permitted in the pool area; all containers must be at least 4 feet from the pool’s edge.
• Beer kegs are permitted only inside the Gazebo.
• Children not potty-trained must wear swim diapers.
• No smoking on or near the pool deck.
• Anyone under 16 years of age must have an adult present.

Spa Tub Rules:

• Anyone under 16 years of age must have an adult present.

Sauna Rules:

• No one under 18 years of age is permitted at any time.

Fitness Center Rules:

• No one under 18 years of age is allowed.
• No wet swim suits are permitted.
• The Fitness Center is available 24 hours a day.

Gazebo Use:

• The screened pool Gazebo is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved or held.
• Please remember to take your trash to the compactor when finished using the Gazebo.
