If you are sensitive to noise, the walls in the buildings are paper thin so you will hear every single thing from your next door and upstairs neighbors. Your pipes will creak any time your upstairs neighbor uses the bathroom or other amenities. You will hear loud floor creaking from upstairs neighbors daily. The management of this complex disrespects and humiliates the residents. If you try to make a friendly encounter at the front office or come in with a general question, you will get yelled and potentially cursed at. If you think outside maintenance is something that is a responsibility of the HOA, then forget about it, they will yell at you and also you will most likely pay for things out of your own pocket (on top of the regular HOA that they charge). Otherwise, it's a pretty territory, just wish the management corresponded to the resident expectations.
